Hello, I received a gift certificate for $100 through Cool Connections as a participation prize. This was a almost two months ago. I have somehow lost the certificate, and was wondering if you might have a record of this certificate?

Do you have an online menu with prices to order? I see something that resembles a menu but no pricing and the website doesn't work.
